• Description:
• The city of Raahe is asking for offers for an electric van. The offeror must attach brochures about the offered van as an attachment to the offer, the brochures must explain all the car's technical data, which can also be verified with the information stated in the offer and the features required in the request for tender. Questions related to the tender must be sent by 9 February 2026 at 12:00. Questions should be sent from the Tarjouspalvelu.fi editor portal. The answers to the questions can also be found in the same place. In order to ensure equal treatment of bidders, questions asked in other ways will not be answered. If the tenderer notices ambiguities or contradictions in the request for tender or any matter presented in the tender request is subject to interpretation, the tenderer's obligation is bring the matter up by submitting a clarifying question. The tenderer must familiarize himself with the given answers and make use of any detailed information when submitting the tender. Tenders must be submitted by 12.00 on February 16, 2026. Competition system closes automatically at 12:00:00. After the automatic closing, the system will not accept late bids (12:00:00). Bids must be sent electronically from the Tarjouspalvelu.fi supplier portal at https://tarjouspalvelu.fi/raahe. Offers delivered in other ways will not be accepted.
