The acquisition focuses on the electrical and LVIAJ job services and the products needed to implement them. This is a framework arrangement that will acquire services for electrical and HVAC work. Services are purchased through a framework arrangement and are mainly used small and medium -sized contracts to be carried out during the framework agreement. Work services are targeted at the real estate owned by the city of Kerava.The acting season of the framework arrangement is two (2) years, after which it is possible to continue the contract by two (2) one (1) year During the option season.The harvesting agreement is divided into the following areas where the tenderer may submit a bid for one (1) sub-area or all areas.Sexture 1 Electrical Work Service Area 2 Ventilation Workplace Area 3 Heat and sewerage systems pricing will be based on an hourly billing billing.
