- The welfare area of South Karelia is competing for the acquisition A 34/2024 Ruokolahti Fire Station Electrical Planning-Karelia Welfare Area (EKHVA) is building a new fire station building. The site is a plot to be formed to the east side of the highway 62 in Ruokolahti municipality. The zoning is in progress and the plot has not yet been formed. The target schedule for the strengthening of the formula and the formation of the plot is December 2024. The target for the project is about 1200 brm2 (main building is about 900 brm2 and yard building approx. 300 brm2). The fire class is P2. The new premises will be built in the so -called Pure Fire Station model designed to be designed to be sustainable solutions and taking into account the economy of construction and the maintenance of the site.
