- The city of Kotka (procurement unit, customer) requests offers for electrical works at unit prices in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices. Works on real estate are invoiced as hourly work, repair and maintenance of existing real estate modification works. The supplier is responsible for work management. Tasks can be e.g. one of the following: 1. Cabling and connection work of high and low current cables in real estate2. Cabling and connection work of high and low current cables in yard areas3. CAT6 or cabling and termination of fiber cables4. Small group center area-specific changes in real estate5. Lighting and/or electrical furniture replacement and installation work6. Installation work of conduits (ladder shelves, lighting suspension rails, conduits)7. Electric cars installation work of charging points Installation, repair and maintenance work mainly includes work in properties such as daycare centers, schools, sports buildings and other service properties maintained by the municipality, where user activity and safe operating methods. Usually, the maintenance works only concern part of the building. The procurement procedure creates a one (1) year framework arrangement, for which four (4) suppliers are selected. Suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement based on the offer comparison in overall economic order of preference.
