• BACKGROUND
  Hyvinkaa Lampoevoima Oy (hereinafter "HLV") is a fully owned service company owned by the City of Hyvinkaa, whose main task is to keep Hyvinkaa warm. The annual heat sales to customers is about 319 GWh.
  In line with its strategy, HLV intends to invest in unmarked heat production in its district heating network. Alongside existing heat production equipment, an electric boiler plant ("project") is planned to be purchased. According to the preliminary assessment of the contracting entity, the project will include the following separate purchases:
  - 60 MW power boiler (electrode boiler) (separate purchase, not covered by this purchase)
  - Building for electric boiler (separate purchase, not covered by this purchase)
  - main transformer (separate purchase, not covered by this acquisition)
  - Building for the main transformer ("substation building") (this purchase)
  - All infrastructure required to implement the project (eg piping, etc.).
  Acquisition TARGET
  This acquisition is subject to the purchase of a substation (building), including;
  - substation (building for the main transformer) with construction and concrete work
  - Electric cables and connections for an electric boiler building
  - medium voltage switchgear
  - Cabling work between the electric boiler building and the main transformer building
