Description:
The welfare regions of Etelae-Savo and North Karelia are bidding for an electronic transaction platform as a SaaS (Software as a Service) complete service.
The object of the procurement is a business platform, which can be put into use quickly in terms of critical functionalities by integrating with the ones used by the procurement units.to emergency systems. The transaction platform must include at least the following functionalities: chat, remote visit, non-urgent messaging, electronic forms, consultation between professionals, the customer's overall picture and treatment paths, reporting and up-to-date situational information, appointment booking and feedback. Actionthe client is expected to have the desire and ability to develop the transaction platform in the future as legislation and operational needs change.
The complete service includes the solution, its implementation and maintenance/ongoing services. In addition, procurement units prepare for possible system failuresin connection with implementation, for example, to the expert services needed in the implementation of integrations.
According to the cooperation agreement between the procurement units, the Etelae-Savo welfare region prepares and implements the tender. The parties will independently create an electronic transaction platform haeach for their own part in the procurement decision regarding the purchase.
One supplier with overall responsibility is sought for the procurement.
KPMG Oy Ab acts in a consultative role in the procurement.
