- The administrative services of the city of Kuhmo are acquiring an electronic archiving system for the city's internal use for the next four years. The archiving system must comply with Sahke2 recommendations and take into account the requirements of the data management plan (TOS) for storage periods. The system must be a complete system unit. Other acquisition criteria are the possibility of mass archiving from a network disk, the possibility of viewing log data and the possibility of limiting the viewing of log data, and the possibility of mass changes to the metadata of archived materials.
