• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is the electronic payment service for personnel benefits. The purpose of Hausjärvi municipality (hereinafter 'the Subscriber') is to make benefits available to the entire staff under certain conditions. The subscriber must be able to expand the number of personnel benefits as needed and/or introduce new benefits from the services produced by the service provider in the same payment instrument service. Now, the payment instrument service being tendered must include sports and cultural benefits and massage services as employee benefits. It should be possible to choose personnel benefits in such a way that the employee can choose between the benefits they use. Using the payment instrument service must be possible with common smartphones (Android and iOS). In addition, the acquisition includes an opportunity for the purchase of additional services during the contract period. This request for quotation does not bind the subscriber to the scope of the ordered service, but based on the offer, the subscriber makes the decision to order the electronic personnel benefits payment and during the contract period of the management service. The service for basic users must be available at least in Finnish.
