Description:
The object of the procurement is an electronic property maintenance and upkeep system intended for the management and management of property maintenance for the Church's central fund and the parish finances of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland. The acquired system must be ready-made software that works as a service (SaaS).Thu.
The Church's central fund is responsible for the practical arrangements of the bidding process and receiving bids. The procurement decision does not bind the parish households, but they themselves decide on the utilization of this future framework arrangement and, if they wish, can later use theemerging framework arrangement. Implementations specific to the parish economy are managed as their own implementation projects, and a customer-specific contract is concluded between the parish economy and the Supplier.
One supplier will be selected based on the competition. The procurement quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, noae the contract creates a quantity purchase obligation for the Church's central fund or the parish finances, or for the service provider an exclusive right to produce the service.in accordance with the requirements of impartiality, non-discrimination, transparency and proportionality.
