Luonnonvarakeskus is planning the purchase of an electronic storage and data control system and wants to survey the suppliers and solutions that can be found on the market.
The object of the procurement is initially the solution:
- user rights/licenses and maintenance and support services
- deployment projectkti including configurations, migrations and master user trainings
- separately ordered professional services and additional master user trainings related to use
Luonnonvarakeskus is interested in ready-made solutions as a SaaS service. The system requires SAeHKE2 certification. In addition, you appreciatea wide range of configuration possibilities to adapt the solution to the needs of the Natural Resources Centre. The system stores and processes documents in electronic form, the physical location of which must be Finland and which may not be processed outside Finland's borders.
Systemis used by all Natural Resources Center employees and visiting experts (a maximum of 2,000 people) to search and read information on matters, procedures and documents ready for use in Luke's intranet, other information systems or the system's own user interfacemass. The metadata of things and procedures and documents and documents in file format are transferred to the storage system mainly via the documented REST API interface from other information systems.
