Description:
The object of the procurement is the maintenance and fault-repair services of elevators in properties owned or managed by the City of Rovaniemi and Rovaniemi Koulutuskuntayhtyt, including products, as well as a rescue service. The subject of the maintenance contract is also included participation in periodic inspections, 24/7 emergency and customer service, and service documentation. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its appendices 2 Price Form and A Maintenance Agreement. Rovaniemi Koulutuskuntayhtymä has authorized The city of Rovaniemi to implement the tender and sign the procurement decision. However, the city of Rovaniemi and the Rovaniemi Koulutuskuntayhtymä jointly sign a maintenance contract. CONTRACT PERIOD The maintenance contract is valid for five (5) years (see in more detail, section 4.1 of the maintenance contract). The maintenance contract includes as an option the option to extend the maintenance contract for a maximum of two (2) years (see section 4.2 of the maintenance contract for more details). SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The scope of the procurement is described in the request for tender in appendix 2 Price form.
