Description:
Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) tenders maintenance services for residential buildings' elevators. The procurement includes annual maintenance services for elevators, elevator repairs based on unit prices and unpriced repairs based on offers. Annual maintenance and other elevator repairs must maintain the device safety, operational reliability, longevity, ease of use and noiselessness, and prevents damage to the device and its parts and surfaces. In the performance of tasks, valid laws and regulations, Tukes and the equipment manufacturer's instructions must be followed, as well as good work style and care. The elevators are manufactured in different years and have several different manufacturers. Procurement is divided into five maintenance areas. area about 100 lifts The number of objects and lifts may change during the contract period. The elevator information in the equipment lists (Appendix 9) may have gaps and may change during the contract period. One supplier is selected for each service area. Service areas granted to one provider the maximum number is limited to two. If the provider is the cheapest in several areas, it will be selected in order of priority based on the largest number of lifts. The contract period is two (2) years and 1 + 1 of the option year of the contract years.
