Description:
The goal of the acquisition of the expert's portfolio of workforce trainings is to implement trainings in the Jyväskylä and Muurame region for, among others, university graduates and other job seekers with an expert background. In the implementation of the trainings, the chosen ones are expected service providers utilizing their expertise in planning and implementing the content of impressive, current educational themes. It is partly a performance-based acquisition. The call for tenders for workforce training consists of three different main themes (of the sub-area), where sub-bids can be submitted. The bidder decides how many themes to submit his bid for. The themes according to the sub-areas are: 1) Management with information, artificial intelligence and analytics 2) Safety and preparedness 3) An aging population and the care sector professional competence More detailed information related to the sub-area can be found in the service description (APPENDIX 1).
