• Description:
• The Logistics Department of the Defense Forces (hereafter Procurement Unit) is requesting a participation application for equipping the EMC measurement space for the Riihimäki garrison area for the Defense Forces in accordance with this participation application request. The object of the acquisition is the existing one the EMC measurement room to be built inside the building and its equipment. The EMC measurement room must use the available space as efficiently as possible (maximizing the internal dimensions of the measurement room). Usable length is about 14.5 m, width about 9.9 m and height approx. 6.7 m. The flatness of the space's concrete floor is 1 mm per 1 m. The facility has liquid-circulation floor heating, which limits the installation of fasteners on the floor. Vehicles with a maximum weight of 35 t will be tested in the EMC measurement room with an axle weight of 9 tn. The space's access opening must be at least 4 m wide and 4 m high. The vehicle under test is running, i.e. the space must have an exhaust outlet that can be used with the exhaust vacuum cleaners in the hall. The EMC measurement space must to be a semi-anechoic chamber ("semi anechoic chamber") in accordance with standards AECTP-500 or MIL-STD-461. The protection attenuation should be approximately 100 dB in the frequency range 10 kHz - 40 GHz.
