Central Ostrobothnia's Welfare Area Play requests your bid for your bidding based on the Services and Support Act (1987/380) of the Personal Aid and Section 11 of the Disability Services Act (675/2023) from the organization of substitute assistance from 01.01.2026 to 31.2026 Optional 1 year (2027). Acquisition provides service provision in the case of a substitute for assistants of persons with disabled persons who are self-employed. Service providers are selected from 2-4, of which the subscriber will choose to meet their purchasing needs that can be met In different economic and functional situations.The procurement procedure forms a framework arrangement of multiple suppliers, where the terms meet the terms and conditions are prioritized at the price and quality points. The contract price is fixed throughout the contract period. Includes all the cost of service production, without the mileage compensation. Travel time should not be included in personal assistance.
