• The Southern Ostrobothnia welfare area (Client) requests offers for the following healthcare service. Personal rental related to emergency medical services. The medical services of the emergency reception mean the emergency reception operations of the social security center. Subscriber the totality of emergency medical services and the related needs may vary regionally and quantitatively. Personnel resources consist of individual or, depending on the Customer's needs, several healthcare professionals. More specific information on the needs of personal rental is described in the section "Procurement object criteria" and in appendix 4 "Minimum procurement requirements". The Sote-keskus' emergency reception operation means the reception of urgent cases of the population to be treated within 1-3 days matters and patients come to the doctor's office through the assessment of the need for nursing care and the appointment. The entirety of emergency medical services must be implemented at the Customer's locations as a local service in such a way that it does not interfere with the provision of services there are no interruptions or interruptions at any point and so that the dimensioning of the medical services of the emergency room allows for the reception of 3-4 patients per one (1) hour.
