Description: The Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area requests a bid for emergency telephone services in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The emergency telephone service will be purchased in the Central Ostrobothnia welfare area, which will begin on 1 January 2023. The procurement procedure will be carried out by the call of the Central Ostrobothnia Social and Health Services Association, which will be transferred to the welfare area in accordance with the Welfare Act (616/2021) on 1.1.2023.
Through the emergency alarm, the emergency telephone client (= end -user of the service) will help with sudden, unpredictable and irregular assistance needs.
The service to be competitive is included in the procurement documents as described:
- Reception of emergency alarms, Finnish and Swedish service (24h/day, all days of the year)
- Alarm retention according to customer configuration and need
- Ordering system with support services
- Security Telephone devices
- Maintenance and repair of emergency telephone equipment
