• Description:
• The Bank of Finland (hereinafter the "customer" or "procurement unit") is requesting a bid for the procurement notice published on the Hilma announcement channel and, in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices, legal advisory services regarding employer obligations and for the procurement of assistance in managing employer obligations (hereinafter also "service"). The object of the procurement is international mobility service, which includes the Bank of Finland's legal work on employer obligations counseling service and assistance in managing employer obligations. The service supports handling international mobility situations smoothly and in accordance with applicable legislation. The Subscriber chooses one (1) Service Provider, with which it contracts indefinitely existing procurement contract. The contract begins with the signing of the contract. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. "Service description". Partial offers are not allowed. The procurement has not been divided into parts, because the procurement of maintenance from one from the supplier is the most cost-effective. Alternative offers are not allowed. The purchase quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and the contract does not create a quantity purchase obligation for the customer or an exclusive right to provide the service for the supplier.
