Description:
The subject of the procurement contract is an innovative service that helps employers find a suitable workforce and that supports job seekers in finding employment, especially in hidden workplaces. The service model meets the labor needs of employers in the open sector and benefits both employers and job seekers. In addition, job seekers are helped to identify their own skills in order to employ themselves. The service model produces effective and sustainable service solutions that combine the goals of the employer and the job seeker, individually tailored to the situation, and the end result of which is the creation of employment relationships or self-employment and which produces a good customer experience for all parties.
The employment and self-employment service contains different elements of coaching services according to Chapter 6 of the Act on the Organization of Employment Services (380/2023).
The procurement is focused on the employment area of the Tampere region to customers.
