- The Oulu Water Company requests offers for discharge of the Yli-Ii Wastewater Treatment Plant for 2025-2028 and as an option for 2029-2030. The slurry of the water Yli-II wastewater treatment plant will be picked up from Paradiisetie 51, 91200 Yli-II and delivered to the Ruskon Biogas plant to Ruskonniityntie 10, 90620 Oulu. The pallet is washed and delivered back to the Yli-Ii wastewater treatment plant. The distance is 44km/direction in the bid calculation. The slurry is emptied about 10-14 times/year. The bidder must visit the site with the subscriber representative on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The acquaintance will be agreed with the customer's representative.
