Description:
State Information and Communications Technology Center, TUVE services (later "procurement unit" or "customer") requests candidates to send an application for participation in accordance with the procurement notice published in the HILMA notification channel, as well as the request for application for participation and its attachments.
Valtori as an organization consists oftuu from the TORI operating area (State Information and Communications Technology Center Valtori, business ID 2574261-7) and the TUVE operating area (State Information and Communications Technology Center, TUVE services, business ID 2406079-6).
Both operations- the regions enter into a joint procurement contract with the selected supplier and tuyou agree to acquire, with the same agreement, products and services in accordance with the object of the acquisition.
The object of the acquisition is the Endpoint Protection Platform (hereinafter EPP), an on-premise managed terminal and server protection software (incl. licenses, support service, training and consulting), which is capable of protection lfather also to produce data for the investigation of information security events (EDR), as well as the possibility of active countermeasures and proactive threat hunting from terminals and servers.
The suitability requirements set for the tenderer are described in the "Suitability var." section of the application for participationatimukset".
The procurement is carried out as a public security procurement in accordance with the Law on Public Defense and Security Procurement (1531/2011 later the PUTU Act). The value of the procurement exceeds the EU threshold value (§ 12) and the procurement procedure is a limited procedure in accordance with § 20 of the PUTU Act...
