- Kouvolan Asunnot Oy (hereinafter the subscriber) acquires energy services for ten (10) different residential properties.
One is intended to change five (5) natural gas or oil-heated properties to heated with water-air heat pump solutions and the other five (5) with geothermal solutions.
Including their planning, implementation and financing and maintenance throughout the contract period.
energy service The contract period would be 8-15 years and the energy service to be produced with geothermal solutions 20-25 years. to redeem technical solutions before the end of the contract period.
procurement Contracts in December 2025 and launch the service planning phase in January 2026. Real estate modifications and investments are expected to be carried out by the beginning of the fall 2026 heating season.
MWH and geothermal targets of 1500-1600 MWh.
