Description:
This is a small-scale procurement below the national threshold value. Oulu Tilapalvelut requests your offer for the energy tax management service for refrigeration equipment in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. The customer of the service is Liikuntapalvelut. The service includes Applying for the ice rink refrigeration equipment managed by Oulu Space Services to electricity tax category II and applying for refunds on a turnkey basis. The duration of the contract is three (3) years, 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2028. If the start of the contract period is delayed for example due to an appeal, the contract period only starts when the matter has been resolved. After the deadline, the contract continues indefinitely with a mutual notice period of 12 months. A more detailed service description of the procurement is presented in the appendix 1. The service complies with the JYSE 2025 Services contract terms. The contract can also be used by other industries / businesses in the city of Oulu that have the same Y ID. The agreement can also be used for other equipment entitled to electricity tax category II.
