Description:
The Northern Ostrobothnia Association is a municipal association formed by 30 municipalities in Northern Ostrobothnia. Decision -making is based on municipal democracy and the decision -making power in the union is exercised by the Provincial Council and Government. The union's office is led by the Provincial Director. The tasks of the Provincial Association are regional development, otherFor example, preparation and preparation of regional development programs and EU programs in collaboration with other actors, provincial planning and lobbying. In order to develop international activities and stakeholder cooperation, the acquisition is subject to intensive English for staff (10-15 people)with training materials.
