• Description:
• The object of procurement is UPS devices and their equipment accessories, periodic maintenance, monitoring services, service and maintenance services. In addition, the subject of procurement is work that can be ordered separately.
  Procurement is divided into two areas:
  1. UPS devices and their services
  2. Replacement batteries and services for those in use For UPS devices
  The object of the procurement and the related requirements are described in detail in this request for tenders and its appendices.
  The subscriber chooses one (1) supplier per sub-area, with whom the Customer enters into an agreement. Only Istekki Oy and chosen Supplier. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istek's customers are not contracting parties to this competition or the procurement contract based on it.
  The purchase quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer.
  Goods subject to procurement and services are acquired during the contract period according to the actual need.
  There may be minor changes to the models and quantities of the devices during the contract period.
  The bidder can submit a bid in one or two sub-areas.
  If the bidder becomes the selected Supplier for several different areas, they can be combined for the same procurement contract.
