Description:
The object of the acquisition is UPS devices and their equipment accessories, periodic maintenance, monitoring services, service and maintenance services. In addition, the subject of the procurement is separately ordered work. The subject of the procurement and the requirements regarding it are described in detail in this tender request and its attachments. The Customer chooses one (1) supplier with whom the Customer enters into a contract. Only Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier are parties to the resulting contract. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istek's customers are not contracting parties to this tender or the procurement contract based on it. The procurement quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer. during the contract period according to the actual need. There may be minor changes to the models and quantities of the devices during the contract period.
