- The object of the acquisition is Enterprise Postgres (Oracle Compatible) licenses and related services. The Food Agency uses a shared (on-premise) device environment located in the service provider's server room, which produces application development and production services for the Food Agency, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Natural Resources Center, which are related to MMM's administrative branches and the target areas related to their operations. Maaseutuelinkeinohallinnon tietojärjestelmäympäristössä both EDB Postgres Advanced Server and Oracle RDBMS database management systems are used. The license must be available from June 7, 2026. The number of core licenses to be acquired is 30. The validity period of the agreement is 2 years as a fixed term and that after for the time being. The object of the procurement and the related requirements are described in more detail in this request for tenders and its appendices. The offer must meet all the requirements set out in this request for offers and its attachments in order for it to be considered valid according to the request for tender. Through the competition, one (1) supplier will be selected for the contract period. The purchase quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer.
