• Description:
• The procurement services of the City of Turku's corporate administration are requesting offers for Entrepreneurship training for the period 1 June 2026 - 31 May 2030. The procurement consists of three (3) separate training units. The procurement is divided into sub-units: 1. area: From idea to entrepreneurship education2. sub-area: Enhancing entrepreneurial skills3. sub-area: Minustako entrepreneur online training, evening group Based on the competition, one supplier with the overall economic advantage is selected for each sub-area. The same supplier can be selected for several areas. Entrepreneurship trainings are organized in Finnish. In the employment area, there may be a need to organize training in Swedish or English. If the Customer needs to organize training in a language other than Finnish, the training implementation, schedule, language are negotiated separately with the Service Provider before the order responsibility for organizing public employment services was transferred from the state employment and business offices to the municipalities and for those formed by municipalities for cooperation areas on 1 January 2025. This procurement is based on the law on the organization of labor services that entered into force on January 1, 2025 (380/2023) and the obligations transferred to the municipalities. This procurement has been tendered for use by the Turku employment area. Turku the employment area operates according to the responsible municipality model. The city of Turku acts as the responsible municipality and procurement unit.
