• Description:
• We are asking for your offer for two new environmental maintenance machines of a maximum size of 4.3 t, which are used for the maintenance of streets and green areas and are suitable for Nordic conditions all year round. The acquisition includes an option for two (2) from the acquisition of an additional environmental management machine, i.e. the procurement contract has the option of purchasing a total of four (4) environmental management machines. The option can be used in parts and ordered one machine at a time. The option must be used by the end of 2026 and the Subscriber decide to exercise the option. The option does not bind the Subscriber. In addition, as an option, a price is requested for a five (5) year service contract. A possible maintenance contract will be concluded separately with the selected bidder. In addition, the bidder is requested to propose and to offer their accessories and additional features on the offer form in the options. The subscriber decides on the use of the options during the order phase. The options do not bind the Subscriber. The options must be valid until the end of 2026. The customer can order accessories separately. Partial offers or alternative offers are not permitted. It is a purchase of goods exceeding the EU threshold value, with a projected total value of approximately 650,000 euros (VAT 0%), including possible options. The procurement procedure is § 32 of the Procurement Act according to the open procedure. One (1) supplier will be selected for procurement.
