- The object of the acquisition is expert services related to environmental studies and planning, as well as related studies under the management of Senate properties, Defense properties or other business establishments or entities that belong to the same group according to the Accounting Act, or in the real estate portfolio under control.
The focus of procurement assignments is on environmental engineering planning, environmental monitoring and risk management caused by contaminated land (PIMA) and soil waste, commissioning environmental and geostudies, planning renovation projects and supervision as well as environmental risk assessment and pricing. In addition, the scope of the procurement includes the planning of implementations of versatile environmental protection structures, including e.g. municipal engineering, geo, structural, electrical and space class planning for sites. The destinations are located all around Finland.
The estimated value of the procurement for the entire contract period is approx. 8,500,000 euros (VAT 0%)
Six (6) contract suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement.
