• The KYS Ear, Nose and Throat Outpatient Clinic of the Pohjois-Savo welfare area is asking for your offer for scopy equipment suitable for the specialty field of ear, nose and throat diseases and children's scopies, in accordance with the request for tenders. This RFP replaces the previous one of the suspended procurement and this procurement is exceptionally open for only two weeks until 30.3.2026. Additional information questions cannot be left in the procurement, because this request took into account the questions from the previous request for tenders. Type: Acquired for oscopies in the specialty of ear, nose and throat diseases, as well as arthroscopies for children (age 5-15 years), laparoscopies for children (age 0-15 years) and cystoscopies for children (age 0-15). The device will be used in KNK procedures as well as in children and adolescents in the department. The device must be movable between different departments and patient places. The offer must state separately if the object of purchase does not meet one of the requirements mentioned below. Otherwise, the requirements are considered accepted. The welfare area of ​​Pohjois-Savo has outsourced service and maintenance services to its own InHouse companies (Servica Oy and Istekki Oy).
