• The Defense Forces is asking for your offer for equipment boxes for telecommunications equipment. The products are defined in more detail in Appendix 2. Based on the tender, a framework contract is concluded with one supplier. The purpose of the planned contract period is to enter into force 1 June 2026 and the agreement will be done until 31 May 2030. The Defense Forces acquires equipment boxes for telecommunications equipment for the equipment needs of command posts. Of those who are the subject of the acquisition the minimum requirements for products and services are described in this request for quotation and in its annexes 2. The Defense Forces does not undertake to acquire products or services according to the customer-specific agreement at an estimated value, but rather the take-home purchases are based on the needs of the administrative units and what is available to financing. Estimated scope of procurement: About 1500 pcs/contract period. It is estimated that 600 connection panels will be purchased per contract period. On the basis of the competition, a contract is concluded according to Appendix 1 of the request for tenders. It is detailed in the request for quotation the models of the equipment boxes of telecommunications equipment and estimates for the entire contract period of the purchase amount. The need varies throughout the year and therefore annual amounts cannot be given. Different versions of equipment housings for telecommunications equipment are purchased. Communication devices and what they need are installed in the housings connections, connectors for power supply and socket panels for equipment power supply.
