- OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT
The object of the procurement is an ERP system ("operational control system") as a SaaS service. The task of the system is to manage the entirety of waste companies (hereinafter also "Subscriber") related to operational management. The whole includes the customer, property, service, product and price listdata and transport management. In addition, the system must create invoicing and reporting materials and it must be able to be integrated with other systems of the Subscriber using modern integration methods. The system also requires the customer's electronic transaction facility.
In procurement, ovwith Pirkanmaa Jatehuolto, Kiertakapula, Rosk'n Roll, Jatekukko and Southwest Finland waste management. The 5 participating waste companies are responsible for managing the municipally-responsible waste management of a total of 1.7 million inhabitants. In addition, a maximum of 10% of each company's turnover comes from market-based operationsta for companies.
The procurement includes the enterprise resource planning system, data migrations from the current system components to the acquired implementation, and the commissioning and maintenance of the acquired system. The user interface of the system must be in Finnish.
The goal is a long-term partnership andmulti-year contract period. The more precise length of the contract period and termination conditions will be specified in the negotiations.
