Description:
In March-April 2024, ESE-Energia Oy will tender for scaffolding and insulation work and the materials needed for the annual maintenance at the Pursiala power plant. The contract subject to competition is 1 year in length with 3 possible option periods. The value of the acquisition is estimated to exceed thethe EU threshold value of the yisalo procurement act (€443,000, VAT 0%), if all option periods are used.
The power plant units of the Pursiala power plant undergo annual maintenance, which is generally scheduled from the beginning of May to the end of September. During maintenance work, racks are needed at the plantsinsulation work. The amount of work will be specified during the revision. Scaffolding and insulation work may also occasionally require so-called emergency work, i.e. work that could not be foreseen in advance and that must be started the next day.
The annual maintenance workload is on average as follows (calculated average of threefrom the previous year): insulation work 1,000 h, scaffolding work 1,700 h and work management 270 h. The materials needed for scaffolding and insulation work will be purchased/rented by ESE-Energia Oy from the winner of the tender.
All insulation work and materials must meet the requirements of standard PSK3703...3711. Truckin online works, the work and scaffolding must meet the requirements of the Government Decree 26.3.2009/205 on the safety of construction work.
