The main goal of the acquisition is to acquire Veikkaus Group ya centralized ESM solution for service management. In terms of ESM procurement and implementation, the most important goals are the harmonization of operating methods through common processes and workflows.
The ESM system must enable centralized data management and support Veikkaus Group's business needsdon't. The key factors behind the acquisition are information management, user experience, and the extensibility of the solution for implementing options, or at least integrating them, and supporting Veikkaus' architecture. The goal of the acquisition is also to provide Veikkaus Group's employees with a service centerrtal, which has centralized internal services, which is also available on mobile devices.
