Description:
The city of Espoo Tilapalvelut-liikelaitos (later the developer) is asking for offers for the acoustic improvements of the Tapiolasal. The content of the contract in brief: the acoustics of the hall and the functionality of the stage will be improved. The transfer walls on the side of the stage and the surface structures and acoustic parts of the back wall will be renewed. The hall's acoustic curtains will be renewed. Acoustically improving elements will be installed on the ceiling of the auditorium. A more detailed description of the procurement can be found in the technical and commercial documents of the tender request. FAMILIAR VISIT: The Customer requires the Offeror to participate in a mandatory familiarization visit organized by the customer before bidding. A mandatory introductory visit will be organized on Wed 26.11.2025 14-15.00, Wed 3.12.2025 at 14.00-15.00, Fri 5.12.2025 at 12.00-13.00 and Mon 8.12.2025 at 14-15:00. The familiarization visit must be registered in advance by 15:00 on the weekday before the desired familiarization date at the latest by email to arvo.pount@espoo.fi. The destination's address is Kulttuuriaukio 2, Espoo. The customer rejects the offer, if the provider has not familiarized himself with the destination during a familiarization visit organized by the Customer.
