Descripty: The City of Espoo is organizing an architectural competition for the Espoo House block, which includes the Espoo House with the City Administration and Services facilities, a residential area and a parking facility serving them.
The Espoo House aims at the functional and urban core of the Espoo Center. The city administration and services will be concentrated in the area of the Office Center as a more closely entity surrounded by residential blocks and a green area related to the Espoonjoki Valley.
The competition will be organized as a planning competition in accordance with the public procurement procedure with a limited number of participants. The competition is one -phase.
