We request your offer for the maintenance and basic cleaning services of the common areas of the Espoon Asunnot Oy residential properties listed in the tender form. Unpunished basic information for the properties subject to the invitation to tender are attached to the invitation to tender. The purpose of cleaning services is to produce EspooAsunnot Oy for residents of comfortable, healthy and safe communal facilities, taking into account the value of the property. The service applies to the common areas of apartment blocks and small houses; such as stairwells, sauna facilities, laundry and basement corridors, as well as sports equipment and stroller storage maintenance andBasic cleaning. One or more buildings may have one or more buildings. Resource sizing must be made in accordance with the appendices of the invitation to tender. The service provider must ensure the service arrangements of the service.The salary under the Finnish collective agreement with their shifts and holiday pay. The tenderer must have a functional email and internet system.The contract is made with one service provider per area and two service providers will be selected.two areas.
