Description:
The target of the acquisition is a new building project, which includes the total contract for the three rental housing houses, storage buildings, grounds, and yard areas in Kalajarvi, Espoo, in block 85046 on plot 1.
Before new construction from the plot, the old one will be demolished terraced property with courtyards. The demolition is not part of this contract.
The streets and municipal technology in the area exist.
There are three 4-storey apartment buildings, three outdoor storage buildings and ground car parks. The common areas are located in the lower floors and in the attics. IV engine rooms served in the attic floors of the houses. The residential building is a concrete frame and the target is connected to district heating and has centralized ventilation with heat recovery. On the roof of one building, solar panels serving buildings will be built.
Homes The site has 85 copies, 4931 ASM2, 7759 brm2, volume 24981.5 m3. The site's parking spaces are located on the ground floor.
The object is implemented as an overall contract including structural, HVAC, electrical and automation work, so the tenderer must have the conditions and capabilities.
Building project designers, The design distribution, location and more detailed amount of information are presented in the contract program. The work included in the contract is reflected in job descriptions and design drawings.
The building permit for the project is under consideration and will be granted in October 2025.
