Description:
The project involves a large-scale renovation of a property located at Maapallonkatu 3 in Olari, Espoo, which has been emptied of residents.
The site was completed in 1979. The subject of the repair work is 5 residential apartment buildings; 4 slat houses and one point house. The buildings have 3 K-layers, slats2 stairwells in each area, main use
residential apartment building. There are a total of 77 apartments on the three residential floors of the buildings.
The common areas of the property include a gym, club room, teaching kitchen, business premises, laundry, sauna department, daycare technical facilities and apartment and outdoorequipment storage facilities.
The ventilation in the building is mechanical exhaust. The current heating system
district heating will be changed to ground heat during the renovation and a new
heat distribution room will be placed in the HJ building during the renovation.
