- The acquisition focuses on the development and implementation of the renovation of Espoon Asunnot Oy's renovation as a collaborative project management contract with a target budget.
According to the queue model, a joint operating model, organization and management system are planned during the project concept development phase Based on the site-specific development and implementation stages of the renovation sites will be launched in stages. The preliminary scope of the project includes the renovation of three properties (Suvelantie 8, Turauuskatu 1 and Vasamatie 3).
The client implements the contract as a collaborative project management contract with a target budget. The client acquires the project management contractor under the negotiation procedure to implement the project in cooperation with the customer. The subscriber, the customer's design team and the project management contractor will jointly start the concept development phase, during which the scalable renovation concept will be developed, during which which allows the projects to be implemented as a continuous queue.
