Description:
The acquisition focuses on the development and implementation of the renovation of Espoon Asunnot Oy's renovation as a collaborative project management contract with a target budget.
According to the queue model, a joint operating model, organization and management system are planned during the project concept development phase Based on the site-specific development and implementation stages of the renovation sites will be launched in stages. The preliminary scope of the project includes the renovation of three properties (Suvelantie 8, Turauuskatu 1 and Vasamatie 3).
The client implements the contract as a collaborative project management contract with a target budget. The client acquires the project management contractor under the negotiation procedure to implement the project in cooperation with the customer.
