This is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, but a request for information, which requests comments on the drafts of the tender materials that are being prepared.
DigiFinland Oy is preparing the procurement of distribution and management services for software usage rights.
The purpose of this request for information is to map msheets and receive comments on the drafts of the RFP materials being prepared.
Distribution and management services apply to the following products, among others: Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Cloud Apps, Miro: The Visual Collaboration Platform, GitHub, Mailgun and Browserstack.
The services apply to both the subscriberdistribution and management services for the products of current and new principals (software manufacturers). The services apply to currently used and new software products.
Orders may also apply to product maintenance, extensions, additional features or add-ons.
The subject of the contract is alsos consulting and separate consulting, which are separately commissioned work. Consulting here refers to the service produced by the supplier and separate consulting to the service produced by the principal.
In the distribution service, the supplier offers the customer a distribution channel for the principal's products. The subscriber will answerabout the selection of the extract, but the supplier is responsible for assisting the customer in choosing the most suitable product from the customer's point of view.
The goal is for the contract to enter into force in Q2/2024.
