Description:
The subject of the procurement is
individual transformers to be placed in the distribution network of Helen Saehkoeverkko Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") for the period 1.1.2023 - 31.12.2024.
The estimated total quantity of the procurement is approx. 30 pcs (i.e. 15 pcs/year).
Estimated on an annual basis:
Pos .1, Estimate 5 pcs
Pos.2. Estimate 1pc
Pos.3 Estimate 3pc
Pos.4.Estimate 1 piece
Pos.5 Estimate 3 pieces
Pos.6 Estimate 2 pieces
However, the customer cannot commit to this quantity. It's just an estimate.
However, different transformer types (Positions) can be offered in parts.
Separate transformer deliveries weighing more than 4000 kg are transported directly
to the installation site. The supplier is responsible for the lifting work, maxabout the current requirements of the lifting location
traffic arrangements, permits and lifting plan, when it comes to a separately converted delivery weighing more than 4000 kg
. This must be included in the offer price.
The customer has the right to combine the purchases of the following positions:
* Pos. 3 and 4 OR
* Pos. 5 and 6.
If postitions3 and 4 or positions 5 and 6 are combined, the decisive factor is the total price of the respective positions and the qualitative factors.
However, the selected supplier/suppliers (1-4 pcs) do not get a private right to all the Customer's substation projects. The customer has the right to acquire e.g. for architecture, techbased on these and
scheduling reasons, converters from other operators as well.
The area of operation is Uusimaa county. Mainly Helsinki.
