- The multipurpose hall to be completed in Eurajoki is 3150m2 in total. The multi-purpose hall includes a sports hall divided into three parts, a multi-purpose hall, a gym and a training track. There are 8 group changing rooms and 6 washrooms. The premises also have a small kitchen, a cafeteria, a few office spaces and a vprivate spaces. Implementation of the multipurpose hall from August 1, 2024.
The competition seeks a reliable, experienced service provider that takes environmental issues into account for cleaning services. The procurement includes cleaning and sanitation services on weekdays and on weekends and public holidays. Cleaning in the premises Thuperformed according to service descriptions, which include maintenance cleaning (daily, weekly and monthly work) and basic cleaning. Service descriptions attached.
The service includes all cleaning machines, cleaning agents, cleaning tools, tissue paper, garbage bags and handsoaps. The service provider will also purchase the rental carpets for the entrances.
A contract will be made with the service provider for the period of July 1, 2024-July 31, 2027. The contract includes a 1-year option.
Before submitting the offer, the tenderer must participate in a familiarization visit organized by the customer at the destination. Display in the icewill be organized on April 3, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. The screening will take place at Jaeaehallintie 7, 27100 Eurajoki.
