- The contract includes the procurement, planting, maintenance and removal of plants according to the tender documents, with all accessories, materials, work and auxiliary functions. The scope of the procurement and the plants to be used are presented in the request for tender in the attached documents. Spring, summer and winter plants are planted in the same locations, so when new plants are planted, previous plants are removed. The form of the contract is a total contract, the basis of payment is determined on the basis of the contract total price. The chosen contractor acts as the main contractor and the main implementer as defined by the legislation. The tasks included in the total price contract are described in Appendix 01 Work Program 2026. Contract site and location: The planting sites are located in several different on the run around the municipality. The sites are marked on the maps and the list of quantities attached to the request for tenders. Contract period: The work can start when the contract contract has been signed.
