The target of the acquisition is to analyze the functionality, results and effects of the regional and local rural development as a whole, and to evaluate the effectiveness of Leader activities and to produce recommendations for the development of the Leader effectiveness model. The target of the acquisition is describedIn more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes, in particular in the Annex "Description of the purchase". The contract period is seventeen (17) months. See. Also, the 20 "contract period" of the agreement attached to the invitation to tender. Scope of the acquisition.
