• The object of the acquisition is VTT's services related to event production. Every year, VTT organizes hundreds of different and sized customer, stakeholder, media, personnel and training events or participates in various events organized by external parties and to fairs. However, the majority of the events are organized on their own. The events are used to strengthen VTT's internal and external communication and brand, make VTT's services known or present scientific research findings, maintain customer relations or seeking new customers and building an image of VTT as an attractive workplace. The content of the service and the related requirements are described in more detail in the tender documents. Event production services Subject to acquisition are VTT's services related to event production. Every year, VTT organizes hundreds of different and different sized customer, stakeholder, media, personnel and training events or participates in various events and trade fairs organized by external parties. The greater part however, the events are organized on their own. With the help of events, VTT's internal and external communication and brand are strengthened, VTT's services are made known or scientific research findings are presented, customer relationships are maintained or new customers and building an image of VTT as an attractive workplace.
