• Description:
• The city of Raahe requests offers for event technology services for events organized by the city of Raahe. The events are generally one or two days long, and are organized several times during the contract period in different parts of the city (mainly Harkatori, Rantatori, Koivuluoto Arena). The request for tender applies to the period 1 February 2026 31 January 2027, and unless the contract is terminated during the actual contract period, the contract will continue indefinitely with a mutual notice period of six (6) months. Examples of event dates: - Pekan days, after Midsummer week, Fri-Sat - Raahen Meripaivat, second weekend of July, Fri-Sat - Summer evening cover/Night of the Arts, mid-August, Fri - Raahen Pimioet Harkatori sub-event, last Friday of August - Raahen Joulunavaus, penultimate Saturday of November - New Year's reception, New Year's eve - Koivuluoto Areena Event times are indicative. The subscriber reserves the right to change the times of the events and not to order event technology services for all the aforementioned events.
