• Description:
• The city of Raahe requests offers for event technology services for events organized by the city of Raahe. The events are generally one or two days long, and are organized during the contract period several times in different parts of the city (as event locations mainly Härkätori, Rantatori, Pekkatori, Koivuluoto Areena). The request for quotation applies to the period 15.3.2026-31.1.2027, and unless the contract is terminated during the actual contract period, the contract will continue indefinitely for a period of six (6) months with mutual notice.RantatoriRantatori is a market by the sea. The area is wide and open, and is not bounded by buildings or other significant sound-reflecting structures, with the exception of the area on the east side of the market opening parallel to Rantakatu old town area. The event technology must be suitable for outdoor space and marine conditions. The sound reproduction system must be dimensioned so that the sound carrying capacity and audibility cover the entire event area. Due to the open environment, from the sound reproduction wider coverage than usual is required. The need for cabling may be higher than usual due to the size of the area and the placement of event technology. Härkätori Härkätori is a smaller market in the city center. The area is limited to the surrounding street areas and buildings, and there are trees on the edges of the square.
